Lego® Serious Play® is about thinking with your hands, using your hands in a practical focused way helps our brains to unlock their creative side and bring out new ways of approach the issues at hand

Lego® Serious Play® allows us to listen with our eyes, we can see a visual representation of the thoughts and feels that are in our colleagues’ minds, as well as hearing the words that they are saying.

Everyone builds, Everyone Shares, is a key principle that means that everyone in the group has their voice heard, understood and recognised. Rather than the few dominant voices that contribute to a meeting or workshop.

What is Lego® Serious Play®?
